Mom was living in an Assisted Living Facility in Fairfield County CT. She had been disruptive in her Assisted Living Facility and they were threatening to throw her out. Unfortunately, Connecticut law does not have a lot of protections for Assisted Living Facility residents. We worked with the facility to prevent the eviction. We put a series of agreements in place and new procedures to address the issues and keep Mom in a safe place.
