Dad was living in Westchester County New York. He had a house and some assets and was worried about his future and saving his money for his children.
After a lot of discussion and planning, we moved his assets into a Medicaid Asset Protection Trust and made sure we preserved as many of them for his children as possible. Of course, he got a new Will, Health Care Directive and Power of Attorney too.
